Meet our President
Brad Cartier has been investing in real estate since his early 20s. Following a 20-year career in the Canadian military and government, Brad decided to retire and pursue real estate development and investing full-time. In 2017 Brad founded Blair Capital alongside several strategic investors to fill a gap in our market: missing middle multifamily. Now, Blair Capital is a vertically-integrated leader in missing middle multifamily development in Ontario; acquiring, building, stabilizing, and managing these assets over the long-term. Brad also consults for various property technology companies, helping Blair Capital bridge asset management with innovative technology solutions.
